30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

What the warranty means

Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, your purchase includes a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date you receive the item.

If something I sold you develops a hardware problem during that period, contact me and give me an opportunity to take a look at it.

What's covered

The warranty covers hardware that fails during normal use when the failure was not disclosed at the time of sale.

  • Internal storage drive
  • Memory
  • Motherboard
  • Processor
  • Power supply or AC adapter included with the sale
  • Other internal hardware included as part of the original purchase

What's not covered

  • Accidental or physical damage
  • Drops, spills, cracked screens, or broken ports
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Viruses, malware, scams, or compromised accounts
  • Forgotten passwords
  • Software installed after the sale
  • Windows or application problems caused by updates or configuration changes
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications
  • Batteries unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of sale
  • Accessories or conditions that were clearly disclosed before purchase

Used & refurbished equipment

Most computers and electronics I sell are previously owned unless specifically advertised as new. I test and prepare items before sale and disclose known issues that I am aware of. Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the item's age and previous use is not considered a defect.

After 30 days

The warranty period may be over, but that does not mean you cannot ask me a question. If I can point you in the right direction or help with something simple, I will.
